As Shawn said, dry. I have one of these as well and could not get a straight answer. I called Summit and JEGs tech lines, and nobody agreed. I finally got a number for Fel-Pro and they told me to use nothing for the blue silicone gaskets. If your kit has the "snap-ups" then installation should be really easy. I was amazed at how much easier the job was with these. I did it alone faster than I have ever done it with a helper!
