Just put a new comp plus shifter (72 chevelle,saginaw) in and there don't seem to be any info on the adjustment of it.  There are two bolts, 1-3 and 2-4 adjustments.  Knwos that some adjsutments lock up the shifter.

 

Any help appreciated.
