Hi guys. My alloy wheels are leaking air. I know the proper fix is to take them off and sand them coat the interior of the wheel with Glyptal or similar product. Or the other way recommended was putting tubes in the tires. I just called around and no one has tubes anymore. I checked the internet and got pros and cons to doing this. Anybody have experience with this?? It's a daily driver Avalon with 205/65R15 tires. Should I take a chance on cleaning the rims with new tires will make a difference?? I've had this done with the current tires a couple times.
