Often wondered that myself since Summit obviously isn't the manufacturer. A call to them and maybe Edelbrock or Holley might turn something up.

So, my question is this: Are theses parts actually manufactured at the same facility/ within the same tolerances/ with the same materials as the major brand? In other words, in the most recent Summit update, the cover features a "Summit" intake manifold which looks suspiciously like an Edelbrock performer and a mechanical fuel pump that looks just like a Holley fuel pump.
