My Bad...I didn't realize that your were referring to the LS* motor.   
More efficient and great power.  Great combo...but big $$$.  I have a 
6.0l that I will put in my 95 silverado down the road...I thought of 
puting it in the 70 Chevelle but that would push the car even further 
away from stock.
