I cannot tell you how many times OPG screwed up my orders before I said
enough is enough. When I was in California I even stopped and talked to them.
What happened next? I got double orders and got charged for them twice too! Only
if they were the only supplier of a part that I needed would I ever buy from
them again.
Summit on the other hand has been great to deal with .I have bought
thousands from them and not once had a back order or a wrong part. Never have I
had any bad phone experiences.
Karl hopefully your experience with Summit has taught them a lesson. Please
let us know when you make another order with them.
