I've been doing business with the "little guys", AutoObsession, Old Car Network, etc for a few years now. You always get to talk to the same guy, who after a while remembers who you are. You can't beat the customer service, because it's their own business, and they CARE about these kinds of discussions. They can provide the same items, and often match the prices of the "big guys", or at least close enough for me. What's another dollar on a part to get the service you want and demand? And they will give you an honest opinion as to the quality of a part if you ask.

Sir,
Sad to say, you are one of thousands, or even millions with the same story. Ive heard good things about True Connections www.true-connections.com <http://www.true-connections.com/> and Ground Up www.ss396.com <http://www.ss396.com> I would try one of those next time. -Tim King
