My 69 Chevelle Atlanta car still had the original vinyl top on it when I
purchased it. When I removed the top, both quarter to roof seams were filled
with body filler. They were not ALL leaded.

Story.If you have bondo in your seams,someone put it there.
If you have the money to have your ride diped and boil out.
Then you can have it leaded again,if not, weld in the seams
and grind it and use an all-metal to fill in the cracks.
Then you would have a great lasting repair.
