The 12-17 is December 17. I don't think anybody has figured out the schedule number yet though; I've never seen one more that two-digits long (01..99) and most plants were making 400+ cars a day so logic would indicate it's not a sequence number of cars that day or even shift. To me, so far, it's just one of life's little mysteries. Maybe somebody somewhere knows the answer but they aren't talking where I've been listening.
