Most of these parts books CDs are dated either 1972 or around 1985
regardless of the year you buy them for - particularly the Detroit Iron
ones. I have ones for 67 and 69 and both have the same parts book scanned
and cover years 64 through 72.

Problem with any GM parts book is numbers change, get merged, get deleted,
get superseded, etc. that chances of finding the #'s you have are 50/50 at
best. Having the parts with the group and part number though is a bonus and
would make it easier to find.

Is there a site, reference book or way to determine what a GM part number is
and fits? I have come into a large inventory of NOS gm parts and am trying
to determine what they are and what models they fit. Any ideas? Thanks, Les.

Bill Bryce
