Devin My chevelle is a 1968. If you or others want I can scan a picture of the page out of my book that has it in it. The name of the book is "Chevelle SS Restoration Guide" by Motorbooks. It doesnt state any where that the "clamp" isnt used in 67-72's. It is just labled "Chevelle Rear End Suspension. Interesting.
