I also have Wilwoods on my (then new) Moser 12 bolt with C clips. Have 5
years and maybe 7000 miles. Have not noticed any significant wear. How
many miles are you putting on yours? Does this include "spirited" driving?

I put Wilwoods on my 72. One problem is the C clips on the 12 bolt allow in
and out play on the axle. It's not much, but it can wear the pads out a bit
early. I had the C clips removed and put Ford ends and bearings on my 12
bolt. Works for me.
