Do you absolutely have to have a stock wiper motor? If not, then why not upgrade to a modern 6 speed wiper motor? Contact Detroit Speed & Engineering and order one of theirs. It has 4 delays, low, and high, $299. The only drawback is it doesn't have a washer pump.
