I have to second that. I like their products and their price but have had 
nothing but problems when ordering. Once they botched it up so bad that Ken 
gave me a $20 credit for the mistake.

    I really appreciate that GroundUp sponsors Team Chevelle.   They have been 
there for a long time.  But, my order experience has never been good.   If you 
complain about something over at TC you are told "  Talk to Ken".    If thats
