Looks interesting, but for the money I'd look hard at a tuneable system. Later down the road you may make changes to your motor or just change directions. No matter how good it is, a single or even dual tune won't satisfy all conditions. You may want a street/drag car now but change to pro-touring or strictly drag in the future.
I've driven my TPI for 10 years now, using the same tune. Never bothered me as it started and ran. But lately I've been thinking more about burning a custom pROM. 1- to see if I can do it right & 2- there are certain circumstances where it could run better. I doubt that its sequential. I didn't look over the entire web site, but in at least one place it said that a crank sensor was not used or needed. Pretty sure that a sequential system has to have something to tell it what cylinder is firing next.
