After looking at the schematics and double checking everything again, I decided that it must be a bad rebuilt wiper motor. I took it out and went back to the parts store and had them get me another one. I just got home and installed the motor and I now have wipers again. I am glad that it was a bad motor. I just drove myself crazy trying to figure this out since I could not believe that I had gotten a bad part and I must be overlooking something. Plus I did not want to look like a moron if it worked when they tested it when I tried to take it back. Thanks for the help, Dan
