I just called the 800 number also and after answering some recorded messages was forwarded to a lady who checked availability and is sending me a free restoration kit for my 1970 Chevelle Malibu. She said I would be receiving it in about 2-4 weeks. I did however have to give her the VIN number of the car before she would send it. I wasn't sure from the different answers to this if I would need it or not so I had it on hand just in case. It all went very smooth and only took about 5 minutes.
