On your colors if you have a place that you can have it done.....powdercoat all the way!! For your frame I have always been a fan of gloss black just for the fact it is easier to clean up (slick surface) and the same goes for the housing. Just my 2 cents, the beauty part of all this is choose the colors and type that suits you. Its almost like its your car or something :) Anyway good luck and let us know how the swap goes.
