Harlan,
What I have used in the past was a black wax made only for black cars, it
worked great, on scratches and just overall shine. I will pull it out over the
weekend and let you know it's name, sorry I could not remember it's name.
Also 3M make a scratch remover that is probably one of the best on the
market, beleive it or not they sell it @ Walmart for about $8.00 dollars. I
have
used it and it does get the swirls out on black paint.
