Eaton is what I put in the Chevelle, but I haven't driven it yet so I don't have a clue how it will work with the large engine I have. The truck probably makes a bit over 300HP so an Eaton would not be a problem, but then they have several versions! Surprisingly no one has a clue online which way to go! What about a locker??
