Found some discouraging data on not only them but aftermarket additives as
well. Google "zmax oil treatment"

Many on the Corvette Forum
(http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-general/1872104-zmax-additive.html)
consider additives 'snake oil' and recommend sticking with GM's policy of no
engine oil additives at all.

Never used it myself but even if the mileage savings were valid, the cost of
the stuff offsets any mileage increase.

Subject: [Chevelle-list] zMax Lubricants

Anybody have thoughts or experience with zMax products? Web site says they
have products for engine, transmission and fuel systems.

I have seen a lot of advertising lately and am wondering about their
products.

Thanks,
