Thats pretty similar how I pulled the frame out from under my cars, the only 
difference instead of sliding the frame out I raised the body enough to be able 
to roll the frame out. Don't worry they were cribbed up properly.  First chance 
I get though I'm buying a 2 post lift just for that purpose!

I have been asked about 10 times how I remove a body from a frame etc. So this 
time I took pictures and made a quick video to give people Ideas on how it can 
be done. Just my  way mabey not the right way.
