The boosters are the same, no physical or mechanical differences. A low brake pedal is not a booster problem. There are other issues involved here. I would be checking for bad wheel cylinders, bad hoses, or blown out brake lines. The vacuum is produced by the engine, not the booster. All the booster does is hold the vacuum for the power assist.
