I don't believe there is a vendor for 3" Cowl Hoods. When I was looking into them, I want to say all I found was 4". I believe it was Harwood that produced these, and they are fiberglass, not steel. I personally have a steel 2" cowl induction hood and absolutely love it. I bought it at True Connections, 1-800-600-4144.
As a warning, DO NOT buy anything from UP-22.com. They make absolutely horrible stuff, and I've heard horror story after horror story about them.
