[Chevelle-list] Starter Bolt Torque setting

I have a Small block Stroker. it has the 14" 168 tooth flexplate and I am using 
the GM starter with off-set starter bolts.  The Bolts are proper Starter bolts. 
 

What are the correct torque wrench settings?
