My wandering '65 is better but still not perfect. The camber has been
reduced to zero and the caster has been increased with some improvement. It
almost acts like a ball-joint is dragging, but they are not.

What is the best way to adjust the steering Box? Does the screw go in or
out to tighten/loosen the adjustment and the play? It seem too hard to
