I googled 2004 Blazer wheels and according to at least one source, they have an offset of neg 20 mm. I couldn't find an offset for chevelle wheels Dale has a thorough explaination of Offset & Backspacing here: http://www.chevellestuff.com/tech/wheel_offset.htm You might want to read thru it, measure the wheels you have now and try to decide.
