I am now close to starting on my 65 Chevelle drivetrain upgrade. I am
stroking my 350 to a 383. I have purchased a 700R4 trans. I intend to go with
disc front brakes and rebuild my rear drums. The rearend is getting overhauled
and I am putting in 3.55 gears with a posi. Probably an aluminum radiator and
installing A/C.
That's the background and now the question. I have been looking at different
ceramic headers. I see all kinds of prices, block huggers, full length,
different brands and they are all the best. Can anyone offer some suggestions?
I need to order in the next couple of weeks and I have no idea what to buy.
My engine builder suggests using 2.5 inch exhaust.
