I am getting strange errors when I try and use cowboy..on Cb v.0.8.9

everything seems to work fine with mochiweb. I am doing something a little
different..I'm using angularjs with a controller in CB the redirects to
/priv/static/app/partials/index.html. Has anyone come accross this before?
I would really rather use Cowboy.
