This is awesome. If your team can manage the additional effort, I think a 
few articles to provide more worthwhile information to the growing CB 
community would also be a huge asset.

Things that are on my mind in the context of your project:

 - Why erlang: this is covered in a lot of places, but spinning towards 
CB/Zotonic and maybe a little bit about where CB and Zotonic each shine
 - Hurdles you faced: CB/Erlang specific gotchas you encountered
 - Case study regarding your project and where CB excelled and any points 
where you had to do more work because of CB
 - Details about cb_admin enhancements and your experience within the CB 
community

Some of these make perfect sense on the mailing list (where some of them 
are already touched upon), others would make great search results for those 
investigating CB as a framework for their projects.
