CB has built-in webserver, actually you can choose from a list of few. But 
in some cases you may want to use nginx as a proxy for your requests. Those 
reasons may include
* support for http2
* additional apps running on same server, some of them may be written in 
other languages
* better configuration options of nginx
* architecture decision
