compas, this note from john trasvina below... another detail about just who
is gently reminding us of the hate speech campaign, and that is 'concerned
migrants', a group in morocco recently receiving recognition status by
amnesty international in their role as a watch group in europe on this area
of crisis. also, javier has rightly cited that the countries to the south
and indeed the world are watching what we grassroots community groups do in
terms of solidifying behind the immigration issue. as, concerned migrants
also support the obama candidacy which is a particular theme of import our
global brothers and sisters are observing. though, this may be a reluctant
vote by some, all will suffer the consequences of a mccain victory.

appreciate everyone's comments. and, please don't underestimate the power of
the women in this movement who may also scrutinize the modus operandi of
typical male dominated organizational efforts that sweep the participation
of women to the shadows. that day is over.

may i remind, i will be gone for a few days and wont quickly be able to
answer any emails for several days. thanks for the dialogue.

dorinda

Thanks. This was announced about 6 months ago. Also started back then was
our TruthInImmigration.org website that has the factual and legal arguments
on immigration and rebuttals to the other side's distortions.
