Got some interesting feedback on the first installment of "Follow The Money"
and here is part Two. It seems that some clarification needs to be made on the
numbers and language of these appropriations. These figures were part of the
Consolidated Appropriations Bill of 2008 - PASSED IN THE CONGRESS ON DECEMBER
17, 2007.
There are some questions regarding whether this bill needed to pass in the
Senate. According to the U.S. Constitution, all spending bills are the sole
responsibility of the House of Representatives. I know, the "bail-out" passed
in the Senate first!! That was an "anomaly", and the Constitutionality of the
"Bail-out" could easily be challenged in the Courts, if anyone were to choose
to do so. But guess, what? Unless someone files a federal suit, the Courts have
no jurisdiction over the matter.
Ok, what follows is my elucidation on the numbers (rounded out to the nearest
common denominator) appropriated for the war against Mexican immigrant working
families, under the nose of Luis Gutierrez!!
Allocations for 2008 (through Sept. 28); Section E--Homeland Security
U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency: $6,802.560,000 (6.9 BILLIONS DOLLARS)
-incl. $1,225,000,000 for "border security fencing, infrastructure and
technology"
THIS IS FOR MILITARIZING AND SECURING THE U.S. MEXICO BORDER!!! Let us not
forget that the al CIA-DA alleged terrorists, all had legal permission (VISAS)
to cross into the USA, and did so VIA CANADA!!!! Hey, how come nobody wants to
militarize the US/CANADIAN BORDER??? It has the largest open land space, and is
extremely vulnerable to penetration by "suspected terrorists". I guess that
would take the focus away from the anti-mexican racism inherent in this border
security policy.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement: $4,687,517,000 (4.7 BILLIONS DOLLARS)
-incl. $1,422,528,000 for "domestic investigations" - (CAN WE SAY DOMESTIC
SPYING/ESPIONAGE?)
-incl. $2,381,401,000 for "detention and removal operations" (RAIDS,
DETENTIONS, AND NEW DETENTION CENTERS/CONCENTRATION CAMPS)
-incl. $7,500,000 for "special operations" related to detention and removal
(SPECIAL OPERATIONS - THAT IS HEAVY LANGUAGE AND CAN INCLUDE "INFILTRATION",
"EXFILTRATION", "COVERT OPERATIONS", "EXECUTIVE ACTIONS" (a term that refers to
political assassinations used heavily in the war In Viet Nam, and also
currently in the war in Iraq).....HMMMM I WONDER WHOSE NAMES ARE ON ANY
EXECUTIVE ACTION HIT LIST???
-incl. $11,216,000 to reimburse federal agencies that assist with detention
and removal (DETENTION AND REMOVAL - that can mean----"ELIMINATION".
-incl. $1,000,000 to reward informants - a sweet million buck for
INFORMANTS ("RATS", "FINKS", "SNITCHES"....hey, anyone have any "scores to
settle"?.... rat them out to "la mIgra".
-incl.$2,000,000 to "modernize efforts to identify aliens"
-POINT OF INTEREST: the oft-touted child pornography tipline and services
were allocated $305,000
*U.S. Transportation Security Administration: $4,800,691,000 (4.9 BILLION)
*Coast Guard: $5,891,347,000 (5.9 BILLION)
+National Protection and Program Directorate (an area of Homeland Security)
-$950,000,000 for Homeland Security grants to state law enforcement
agencies that cooperate
-$820,000,000 for Urban Area Security Initiative - OHH..THIS IS DEEP...THEY
WANT TO SECURE "URBAN AREAS" you know like, Little Village, Back of the Yards,
etc....
-$50,000,000 for REAL ID grants
Federal Enforcement Training Center: $238,076,000
In comparison, Congress only allocated the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration
Services a total of: $80,973,000
Of that, the following requirements were made:
-incl. $60,000,000 for E-Verify (employer verification database
adminisntration)
-incl. $20,000,000 for FBI Background Check backlog
-incl. $523,000 for benefits to Cuban and Russian refugees
-incl. $450,000 for immigration services provided to 2 non-profit groups
On the other hand, USCIS brings in $2,538,872,000 (2.6 BILLION) in fees
collected from immigrants for citizenship services. Of this amount, Congress
specifically designated $49,357,000 for converting the records from its
Customer Service center into a database with a digital format.
And furthermore, Congress is "under no requirements to report on allocation to
the Temporary Worker Program."
Finally, there was a final "note" specifying $3,000,000,000 in "emergency
border security requirements" but there was no reference to a department or to
an area.

I know it's a lot of material to digest, but essentially, the U.S Congress has
allocated roughly 26 BILLION DOLLARS to wage a racist war against Mexican
immgrant families.
ALL WITH THE CONSENT AND KNOWLEDGE OF LUIS GUTIERREZ....AND HIS CRONIES IN THE
COMMUNITY.....YOU KNOW....THE SO CALLED "IMMIGRANT RIGHTS ADVOCATES" THAT FRONT
FOR HIM IN THE COMMUNITY ALL THE TIME, SHOWING UP IN FOTOS WITH HIM AT EVERY
PRESS CONFERENCE, ETC....
I wonder which NON-PROFIT GROUPS got th 450K for "immigration services????
HMMMMM!
I can go on and on ranting to the four winds against this sell-out of our
community. It all ties in with operation "End Game" which has been reported
about extensively in the MCN.
Just remember gente 26 BILLION DOLLARS ALLOCATED TO WAGE WAR AGAINST MEXICAN
IMMIGRANT FAMILIES!!!! 26 BILLION DOLLARS!!!!
Remember, when the next massive raids occurs, and families are forcefully
seperated, wives and husbands seperated by la migra, families torn
