100 Days Countdown Rally. Obama: Si se puede. Stop Raids and Deportations
WHAT: Solidarity Rally
WHEN: January 21st, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
WHERE: Plaza Federal, corner of Dearborn and Adams, Downtown, Chicago
WHY: To Demand an End to Raids and Deportations

Join us on the FIRST DAY of Barack Obama's administration to press for the
change we voted for.  President Obama was elected by millions of voters -
including immigrants, African-Americans, students, anti-war activists, union
members and working people- who saw in his message of change their own hopes
for a better world. After the 2008 elections, many feel a new or renewed sense
that fighting for justice and against racism is not only possible, but
necessary.

The undersigned organizations plan to rally at Federal Plaza on January 21st,
to launch the countdown of President Obama’s first 100 days in the White House
and demand he put an end to raids and deportations. Obama: ¡Sí se puede! Stop
them!  We call on you and your organization to be part of this rally.
