sherif is ademocrat!!! though they are collaboarating with ICE, now openly,
our worse concerns that if we do not stop deportatiosn from jail would
eventually expand to other areas of "justice"

Immigration Services is Deporting a Honduras Family right now in the East
side of Madison
Yesterday, A Honduran mother went to family court for a minor process to
remove her husband (now in Honduras) form her children custody. The female
did not have a criminal record; neither is she right now in any charge,
trial or any other issue related with justice.
When she approach the Family Court she ask to talk with some officers who
informed her that she has a immigration warrant from 1996 for a court date
that she did not show up, the Mather of 2 1-year-old twins, and an 7 years
old autism boy never got the court notification.
Right now, 11:33am, ICE officials are in the Ruskin St forcing to the rest
of the family to sign up a multiple pages documents without a translator,
even though IWU has show up in their house and ask for at least a one police
who speak Spanish. The ICE agents deny our petition and tell in front of us
that if they do not sign they will be handcuffs and transport to Milwaukee.
The agents who refuse to wait for their lawyer said that they will deport
everybody if they do not collaborate, even though the papers are clearly
going against their rights for a defense.

court as a trap for immigrants of our community. If a Mather of 3 cannot go
to a family court without the fear to be deported, who is going to believe

ICE; is this the way they are going to enter in our houses?
Is this typical procedure to coerced and force self incriminating documents
with a gun in the pocket and not allowing to have access to any community or
legal assistance?
What else do we need to witness until we understand that thousands of
undocumented workers, mothers, fathers and siblings are being target by ICE
and the racist, antimmigrnat forces 100% enabled by Executive, County Board,
County Court and County Sheriff.

It is time the local reps stop looking to the other side and take on an
issue that is breaking apart our families and our community. Major
Cieslewicz (Biggest local jail User , Katherine Falk and Scott MCdonald
(executive and lesgilative controller of Sheriif and Court funding) can stop
this situation. However the three of them are close to Dave Mahoney, some
even funded economically and publically show suport for Dave (

How a coherxive and gunloaded action against a familily set up by our own
local familiy court can be endorsed by the progressive and liberal
politicians in Dane County, Since when actiosn of this caliber, only seems
in the southern states are tolerable practices in our county.
Is this what family value means? Is this what harworking families who
already have not access to many services but still paying taxes directly and
indirectly deserved? Are really local bussiness, moral value advocates
winning with dozens of families fleeding the county handcuffed by ICE?
This is real people, with very real consecuences due the lack of humanity,
leadership and ethics of local representatives. We call to all the
representatives as all the gress root to do stop the endless attacks to our
community that we are witnessing every day in Dane County.
