Not until this issues are resolve,Africans will not cease from emigrating. The EU repatriation agreement reached with some of the African leaders, and, the discouraging advertisements will not deter mobility of the people.
EU and African leaders knows the fact,unless they reach an agreement to "iron out" those issues.Africa continent has to be doveloped unlike America and Europe,once this is done,none would be talking about illegal migration or whatever. *Politics* is all about "adding two and two together", arriving at a point where ordinary people will have a sense of belonging including respect for human rights.Nowadays,we are experiencing politics of negative effect/people's suffering-- suffering from war,poverty,hunger etc....In those days, ( in the Eighties ) Africans traveled abroad to study, these days, people travels for a greener pasture to better themselves and their respective families. Formerly it was known as " War on Terror ", gradually switched to " War on Immigration". Can one predict precisely when will the war on "global corruption in government sectors commence? The so called war on "drug trafficking" was handle with soft hands, not as loud as the war on immigration, due to the fact that some officials also involved while certain members of security forces protected the traffickers .This is oppression and inequities.The war on immigration was unjust and baseless because it's not a crime to struggle for a living,migration is a basic human rights and it's an agent for development.Migration has begun since the beginning of time. *UN Declaration of human rights:* *Article 13:* "Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his/her own, and to return to his/her country. *Article 14:* "Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution. *Suggestion:* In these tragic times, we applaud our elders and wise one's in guiding the grass roots community towards connecting the conflicting issues in meaningful ways, and in becoming the spirit of hope the world is needing. In the most harsh of circumstances, you are an example of teaching the youth and others the survival skills necessary in overcoming and breaking through all adversity and for this we bestow praises for your voices in proclaiming Peace,Friendship, and Reconciliation and for taking a prodigious stand against war in global solidarity. This drama is the nth of the long series that has propelled the hit of 9000 for illegal last year alone Canaries pushed the EU to take draconian measures of surveillance in order to limit the number of those tempted by the adventure. The new policy is to encourage people to stay at home. But the eternal question would remove the cause for the effects disappear .. Or clear the cause remains purely economic and humanitarian. What are the proposals made in this direction to limit the parking and make more attractive the lives of these people? So far the victims of this kind of drama has been recruiting in the age group between twenty and below. The case of drowning near the beach in Lanzarote confirmed. But even if the parents of these young people believe today that no is no future for their children to remain in their home country, the Western powers are the ones who support regimes honnis by their people for their operation outraged and selfishness. And this is rarely the case an injustice of nature that would unevenly with these countries. In fact, every African President, we see foreign experts who come to observe the elections. And it is rare that expose their cheating and other abuses and arbitrary arrests which are submitted every day these people. Yet indigenous people believed in them saying that it is the best experts from countries with long tradition as easily bought by local power. They arrive with a bias in favor of "good guards." Only one is not taken into account by the people, the economic and geopolitical. What are multinationals or extend their hegemony in the world? They can therefore only support and fund elections that will see the victory of one that serves their interests .. Once in power there will be no more than to construct the terms of the hidden agenda. Also knowing the old political game that keeps them in a state of irremediable misery for most since the accession of their country's national sovereignty also fear the cycle for their children. However, Africa faces an enormous responsibility before history. It has the duty not to fail after the departure of the settlers by showing their real agents of development and Democrats proved. This remains a pious hope when we see how business is managed in Africa. Many leaders in fact contradict deceiving their people. What they are before taking power if the dispute is totally opposed to what they become once in power. In short they simply play into the hands of predatory wealth of their country and worse, like Chavez in Venezuela or Mugabe in Zimbabwe, they do preserve their power. This does little to encourage young people who have left the country to return home or those who are still not immigrate. For any reason they are willing to sacrifice themselves if they leave the country. Therefore it is better for them the golden adventure that prison home. They are generally received as a hero at home when they succeed. Therefore remain in the country is certain death. What a pity that this admission of failure on the part of those leaders who did not understand their true role and causes adverse effect on the condemnation of real solution now. Or without alternation in power, Africa would never come to grips with its problems cuisants famine, unemployment, bad living and therefore illegal immigration ...
