I have some more time next week, hopefully, and will try to
complete the
stuff.
I have checked into the svn repo a url w/ the following:
1) Removed all html related code.
2) Changed many routines to tail-recursive.
3) Added typecode support. (I think. Haven't chkd but assuming comes
after path & before query, if present.)
4) Updated .html for all exported routines.
5) Updated .meta & .setup
