Would it be too difficult to make it possible for eggs with the "tags"
directory to have the string @@VERSION@@ (or whatever) in the setup
file be replaced with the current version being uploaded (ie. the name
of the directory in "tags" from which the code comes)?
This would simplify the process of making a release. :-)
