[Chicken-users] srfi-43 (vector lib)

The Chicken manual says that srfi-43 is supported, but it isn't, at  
least not beyond those functions that are also in the standard. It's  
easy enough to add as an egg; is it worth it to put it in the core  
libraries instead or just remove it from the list of supported srfis?
