I think this makes no sense. There are many other 'external library interfaces'. Just have a look at the bindings to fltk, qt, imlib2, ncurses, etc. mpd-client would better fit under networking or sound, lirc-client maybe under OS interfaces (iiuc, this works only under linux) and geoip under databases. The other categories sound fine, though. Good idea to move some stuff around!
