Sorry, the file permissions in the tarball were broken.
I've rewritten the Makefile to no longer use "darcs dist" so
it's working now.
Also, the docs have been updated to note that you need the
numbers egg, and also optionally openssl and stty (these are
autoloaded if they're needed).
