take it up with microsoft. they require that all runtime libraries are in the
binary search path. :)

Thanks for your help. Now it works. But I am afraid that's a bad change you
mentioned. I noticed that these two dlls do exist in /usr/local/lib/. Make
an extra copy of them into /usr/local/bin/ is very strange considering
things in `bin' are binary files instead of libs.

due to someone changing the build scripts, you have to copy the
cygchicken-0.dll
and cyguchicken-0.dll files to $PREFIX/bin by hand. then it should work.

Hi, I followed the instructions in the README file and successfully
installed Chicken v3.10 from source on Cygwin. But I can not run any of
the
produced executables. I checked the PATH envar and also reboot Windows
after
the installation but when I type csi.exe or any other things in
/usr/local/bin Nothing happens. However, I can start these executables
in
the building directory. What's wrong? Any idea? Thanks.

Sincerely,
