I can't install any eggs with the trunk version of chicken-install.
It always crashes right away with:
Error: (require) can not load extension: setup-utils
I built it on a clean Linux x86_64 machine (no existing Chicken)
with make bootstrap; make; make install, and then did a make clean
and built it and installed it again, just in case.
