Hi all, I've just checked in a new egg, locals, which exports only one macro, local, inspired by the equally named operator in ML.
Moreover, in case you use my procedural-macros egg, I've changed the syntax of the where clause a bit: it now looks like (where (pattern-variable . predicates) ...) so that you can use zero or more predicates to check one pattern-variable.
