I'm not sure if that is what affected you (usually when installing it shouldn't), but it might be. If it takes such a long time it's probably a good idea to first test on a faster machine, or take a look at the latest Salmonella runs, and use that specific, known good, revision. After all, master is a development version which is prone to breaking (though we try hard to avoid it through our review process). Cheers, Peter
