Dear CHICKEN users,

We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of CHICKEN 4.13.0
at the following URL:
https://code.call-cc.org/releases/4.13.0/chicken-4.13.0.tar.gz

This tarball has the following SHA256 checksum:
add549619a31363d6608b39e0cf0e68b9d5e6ff2a719b5691ddeba57229c6c43

This is mostly a bugfix release with a relatively small number of
changes, considering our focus is on CHICKEN 5. However, these
changes fix quite a few very important bugs.

The most important changes since 4.12.0 are three security fixes,
namely CVE-2017-6949, CVE-2017-9334 and CVE-2017-11343.
We've fixed several issues that could cause crashes or hangs, and an
Irregex issue on UTF-8 regexes. We've also fixed a problem which
meant C++ programs could not be compiled with debugger support.

For a full list of the changes since 4.12.0, see the NEWS file:

Kind regards,
The CHICKEN Team
