I have tweaked my code on the latest commit for CHICKEN 6 and the signed 
imaginary zero works now. I can work around the complex arithmetic rules 
by writing my own procedures.

Thank you for your effort. I understand that this is a niche thing so I 
all the more appreciative that you responded to it quickly :)
