Hi all,

For chalk 1.0.0, I split the egg into two. hahn did this and I was hoping
to avoid it, but it makes a lot of sense. This change should be mostly backward
compatible and reduces dependencies for eggs using chalk for documentation.

The "chalk" egg will contain just the @(...) syntax for documentation with no
dependencies (this is also made stricter per Daniel Colascione's bug report, @
needs to be directly adjacent to an open paren). The release info has moved
here:

  https://git.sr.ht/~dieggsy/chalk/blob/main/chalk.release-info

The new "chalk-bin" egg will have to be installed separately and contains the
actual program to generate the documentation, with a release info here:

  https://git.sr.ht/~dieggsy/chalk-bin/blob/main/chalk-bin.release-info

The new version adds a few things:

- Automatically finds files to parse from .egg extensions, but uses passed
files for backward compatibility and more control.
- Adds syntax for lists and tables (I have to document this...)
- Adds option to generate headings for definitions
- Automatically recognizes a few more signatures like make-parameter,
procedures defined as lambda, and some of the (chicken foreign) forms.
- Modularizes the backend and includes support for generating org-mode and
markdown files. svnwiki markup remains the canonical way to do basic text
formatting like links, bold, etc in sources. This is translated to the other
  formats using svnwiki->sxml
