I sure wouldn’t take any amount of money for the punk. I agree with you on socializing the dog well. As soon as the Punk had his shot he was at the car club shows and went on rides and virtually everywhere with us including restaurants in my jacket. He sits and lies down on command. I don’t know how he is bred at all as he was given to me outside of a Walmarts but it doesn’t matter.

Heather I have had Chihuahuas for almost 40 years, they do make good watch dogs, and bark about the same as my Big Goofey Dog a Lab Boxer mix. The one who is yippy plays a game with the big dog she barks until he notices her and then she hides under a chair or something. The others are fine, that way they bark when someone pulls up the drive to our farm house, which I want. You can teach any dog no by obediance training. Problem dogs have bad owners. The nutty dogs in the toy breds are taught to be that way or over line bred, Chihuahuas are great dogs I have had them in the city and now in the country. My dogs look out for me, the Chihuahuas, if they see me fall get my wife, they take care of me, they are highly intelligent. I have games I play with them all, each has learned tricks for fun, and one trained herself to be a service dog for me and get me my pens if I drop it, and other small things. She doesn't understand disabled in our sense but she knows I can't bend and reach them easily and gets them for me.
Get a Chi, they will love you to death, socialize it well and leave it from a young age and you wont need doggy prozac to leave the house. I have the best dog I will ever have, and she is a Chihuahua and I wouldn't take 3,000,000 for her. Kirk
