Well, according to the chihuahua weight chart he is off the chart and may be around 6 to 6.8 lbs. BUT that is not always accurate. I have seen big pups just stop growing earlier then other chis. Alot depends on how you feed too. Table scraps and extra meals will make him a heavier dog.
